The company has adopted single piece flow and cellular manufacturing system which ensures continuous improvement in production and quality and the elimination of waste.

The company employs state-of-the-art Injection and BMC moulding machines which offers an excellent way of manufacturing precise moulds. The lacquer operation is done in a totally automatic facility with conveyorized auto dipping method for even lacquer coating. The Vacuum Metalizing process is carried out in a computerized Metalizing plant.

The latest in technology, semi-automatic Assembly Lines ensure the increased efficiency and enhanced quality of products.
